The power of mantras

Mantras a form of visualization have been used for centuries as a tool for personal growth and self-improvement. While the beliefs and practices associated with mantras and visualization vary widely, they both involve using the mind and intention to achieve desired outcomes.

We are all good in making our self stress and pressure, to become better and better, if its in school, at work, in a curtain job or how we should be…. That doesn’t bring us any further in life or in our personal journey of growth. Instead we should inspire ourself with  repeating positive thoughts and  phrases verbally or mentally. That can have a transformative effects on our mind, body, and soul, which can have a wonderfull impact on our life.

I started incorporating it into my morning routine a few weeks ago and after a few days I already felt a change on the positive side and was clearer and more confident going through my day.

You could do it at any time during the day, whenever it feels good for you.I love doing it in the morning, so I can enjoy the perfect start into my day with positive energy and a good mindset.

These vibrations are thought to influence energy centers, called chakras and promote a sense of balance and healing.
