1.)What are your 5 most loved wellbeing habits?

Early morning walks have become a nonnegotiable of my routine, not only kickstarting my day with physical activity but also providing mental clarity and setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

Diet plays a important role, and one of my key habits involves consciously incorporating a substantial amount of fiber-rich foods to promote digestion and a healthy gut microbiome. The more fibre the better!!

I value the act of preparing and cooking my own food, considering it a way of showing respect to my body. This practice allows me to be mindful about ingredients and portion control.

Additionally, reducing alcohol intake to the bare minimum has become a vital well-being habit for me. It can positively influence various aspects of health, including improved sleep, enhanced digestion, stabilized mood, and effective weight management. It’s a vital part of a more holistic and balanced lifestyle.

2.) How can we support our gut and digestion?

While there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, a foundation can be built through a few key practices. Incorporating fermented foods, rich in beneficial bacteria and maintaining a diet high in fibre is crucial for digestive well-being.

Also one can consider introducing a probiotic supplement that includes some bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, especially during periods of illness, stress, or when dietary habits may not be optimal. Make  sure to take a minimum of 25 Billion daily.

To truly understand which bacteria may be lacking or overrepresented, testing is recommended. This becomes particularly valuable if digestive issues are already present, enabling a more targeted approach to support gut health.


3.)Which supplements would you recommend for a healthy body?

If you’re contemplating adding supplements to your routine, a solid starting point includes essential fat-soluble vitamins D, E, K, and A. Additionally, the integration of a high-quality supplement combining Magnesium and Calcium in a 2:1 ratio, along with a reliable Omega-3, can def. contribute to your overall well-being.


4.) How can we support our immune system?

To help your immune system, prioritize your gut health, ensure exposure to fresh air and sunlight. Additionally, consider incorporating cold plunges or cold showers, saunas, or red light therapy, as studies suggest their positive impact on our immune system.

5.) How can we lower inflammation in our bodies?

To reduce inflammation in our bodies, I recommend incorporating the practices I’ve previously mentioned. In addition to these measures, a key recommendation is to significantly reduce or eliminate processed foods from your diet. This goes beyond avoiding obvious items; it involves getting rid of products that might be marketed as healthy. Processed foods often contain hidden additives , refined oils and sugars that can contribute to inflammation, even in items are perceived as nutritious.

Ultimately Im not the biggest fan of health trends and like to encourage individuals to discover what genuinely works for them. I aim to empower my patients to make informed and lasting choices instead of blindly following trends.
