1.) How did you became a flight attendant?

I was working for LH on ground for several years and was offered the opportunity to work as a flight attendant.

2.) What do you love most about your job?

Travelling, meeting interesting people, seeing lots of places

3.) How often do you travel for your job?

The job IS travelling. I work 5-6 shifts per month

Enjoy everything

5.)Why must the cell phone be in flight mode during takeoff and landing?

Because it might disturb the avionic systems in the cockpit

6.) What has been your most special experience so far during a flight?

On every flight there is something special.

7.) What can you recommend someone who is afraid of flying?

To take a „Flugangstseminar“

8.) Have you ever experienced a situation, where you felt very afraid or didn’t knew what to do?

No, never

9.) Of the things passengers do, what do you get most annoyed about? What are no go’s?

Quarrels about the seat-back, too much or too large hand luggage.

10.)What is the best seat in a plane?

Front is better than back. There is no „best“ seat

11.) Are there bizarre regulations that hardly anyone knows about?

Not to my knowledge.

12.)Did you ever had problems with guests on the flight? And how did you managed?

A lot of common sense, patience and being friendly

13.)How do you handle Jetlag ?

I sleep when I feel the need.

14.)What are your favourite destinations ?

Hong Kong and Bangkok

15.) In which class do you like to work the most and why?

Business Class, because you can give the guests a special experience.

16.)What is your favourite airport in the world?

I don‘t have a favourite. There are a lot of great airports

17.) Which Tipps do you have for a long distance flight ?

Enjoy eating and drinking, watch a nice movie and sleep

18.) What is always in your travel hand luggage bag?

A pair of extra shoes, some make up, hairbrush

19.) What strange habits of guests have you remembered?

Walking barefoot through the plane and especially to the toilets.

20.)What is the most silly question someone have ever asked you?

After a long distance flight: Are you now flying right back?
