Where should people start to heal themselves?
When you begin your Healing journey the best thing you can do is working with people who know what they are talking about.I actually think healing is meant to be done in community, and this adds another layer of support as you navigate the work..If you work with someone who has plethora of modalities, then you can find what works for you.
No one is meant to do this alone.
In which daily actions can we create a good connection to ourself and our mindset?
I think connection to self is one of the primarily ingredients that we need for a successful and fulfilling life.For me, my first hour or so of the day, is journaling, meditation, slowness, silence and listening to my current mentor. I finish the day with something similar.It also helps to take 5/10 min breaks to sit in the sun, or breath, dance to reconnect with yourself and your body throughout the day.
Whats your best advice for someone who is completely new in inner healing and breath work?
My best advice is, again, get a good coach.Someone who walks the talk.For breath work go to group classes where the teacher is hands on… and be patient to yourself.See inner healing as a journey of self discovery, not as punishment for your imperfections.Its gets to be light and fun as well.

Manifestation is not about HAVING, but about BECOMING.
How can we start really loving our selfs from inside out?
Choose to see the beauty in your imperfections, as much as you see the beauty in the ,,good,, things.Start treating yourself as you would treat the most wonderful other human that you know.
Practice compassion, not criticism. Start watching your thoughts and remember that they can be changed.
Whats your number one tipp for reaching goals?
Reaching goals is less about achieving, and more about becoming. So be in it for the long run, be in it for the journey, for as long as it takes, not just the outcome.
