Georgia, a Traditional Chinese herbalist, International Model and a wellbeing advocate and social media personality.
Iam very happy and grateful that i got to interview georgia and that she answered my questions so wonderfully.
She has dedicated her life to promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness..
I follow her already for a long time.., because I am very impressed about Georgia's amazing knowledge about wellbeing and impressed with the interesting, creative way of sharing it.
In this interview, we will dive into Georgia's journey, experiences, and valuable insights on achieving and maintaining a state of holistic wellbeing.
1.)What’s your ultimate hack for a good digestion?
I would say the most simple thing is to listen to your body & eat for your cycle our digestion is so tied to our hormones particularly our cortisol levels.
2.)Do you eat dairy products?
I eat Sheep & goat products sporadically.
3.)What is important for you nutrition wise ?
Balancing my blood sugar, eating protein, fat & carbs at every meal & eating for my cycle
4.)How often are you training and what do you do?
Depends on where I am in my cycle, I usually train 3 times a week, pilates through out my follicular phase and often yoga in the second half of my cycle. I’m gentle on myself and don’t force working out if I’m exhausted.
5.)How do you reduce inflammation in your body?
Balancing blood sugar, eating Whole Foods, not eating anything artificial, regulating my stress and living in alignment with my cycle.
6.) How can we create and maintain a good relationship with our body ?
I had a disordered eating for a long time, I changed my mindset around food after seeing food as the medicine for my body. Going through my health journey I realized when I was depriving myself I was denying my body nourishment, the same body that Carrys me through my life.
7.) What are your favourite well being rituals?
Making a nourishing breakfast, daily Gua Sha & cuddling my pup he’s the best dopamine boost.
